how we work

Flexible Models You Can Plug Into Now

No two systems face the same challenges. That is why Elevate designed flexible engagement models that can scale up or down depending on context, urgency, and resources. Each model is powered by our collective of experts and partners, ensuring the right support at the right time.

our signature models

Projects evolve, and so do our models. A system might begin with studio sessions to co-design, shift into labs for implementation, and scale into a network for long-term sustainability. Elevate flexes capacity so you only pay for what you need, when you need it.

Immersive Studio Sessions

Hands-on design workshops where system leaders and Elevate experts co-create strategies, launch initiatives, and set clear roadmaps. Sessions are intensive, time-bound, and designed to turn planning into action.

Example: Working with the North Dakota Department of Public Instruction on their initiative to launch public charter school options for students and parents statewide.

implementation labs

Short sprints where Elevate joins system teams to unblock progress, troubleshoot barriers, and accelerate implementation. Think of it as a rapid-response accelerator.

Example: Working with the Hawaii State Public Charter School Commission to rapidly develop comprehensive needs assessments including 30, 60, and 90 day action plans.

rapid response pods

Embedded expertise during intense school or district wide planning times. Pods stabilize execution, build routines, and ensure momentum is not lost.

Example: Supporting schools and/or districts with accreditation processes and providing rapid response data reports.

Collective Implementation Networks

Cohorts of systems working on shared priorities with Elevate serving as backbone. By aligning partners and facilitating peer learning, progress scales faster across contexts.

Example: Partnering with North Dakota Department of Public Instruction to elevate school improvement statewide through supporting their ND FIRST initiative focused on attaining sustainable outcomes in Comprehensive Support and Improvement (CSI) schools.

Fractional Chief Implementation Officer

Experienced executive leadership without long-term overhead. Elevate embeds a leader into your system part-time to manage cross-functional execution until permanent capacity is built.
