Ben Cronkright has dedicated his career to advancing school improvement and ensuring academic excellence at the classroom, school, district, and state levels. He believes lasting, systemic change is only possible through intentional collaboration, and he works to build the capacity of mission-driven teams to accelerate learning and strengthen educational outcomes.

With a deep passion for teaching and learning, Ben draws on research, rapid evaluation cycles, talent development, and continuous improvement to drive success. As a principal in Michigan, he led turnaround efforts that earned his school the state’s Beating the Odds recognition. Later, as an Academic Officer with the Hawaii Department of Education, he guided instructional leadership coaching for low-performing public charter schools across the state.

Since 2016, Ben has served as a consultant and senior manager of research-practice partnerships, coaching education executives across multiple regions to identify learning gaps, scale effective practices, and design thriving ecosystems of support. His diverse experiences have shaped a deep understanding of what it takes to drive sustainable school improvement through shared and collective leadership.
